Privacy Policy

Privacy

Privacy and the protection of information are very important to Tukuy Club. The Merchant acknowledges that it has received, read in full and agrees with the terms of the Tukuy Club Privacy Policy. In these cases, Tukuy Club will ensure that the processing of your data is limited to the purposes authorized above, that it is kept confidential and that appropriate security measures are implemented. It is noted that the third parties with access to the personal data are those listed in this policy and that any change will be updated on this same page; (iii) authorization for additional purposes is optional and subject to your express consent; and (iv) you may exercise the rights provided for in Law No. 29733 by sending your request to the email address hola@tukuy.club or tukuyclub@gmail.com or to the address at Av. Third-party privacy

The Merchant represents to Tukuy Club that it complies and will continue to comply with all applicable privacy laws. The Merchant represents that it has obtained all the rights and consents necessary under applicable law to disclose to Tukuy Club, or to allow Tukuy Club to collect, use, retain and disclose, all the data it provides to us or authorizes us to collect, including information we may obtain directly from end users through cookies or other means. The Merchant is solely responsible for disclosing to its customers that Tukuy Club is processing credit, debit and cash transactions on the Merchant's behalf and collecting data from those customers. If the Merchant receives information about third parties, including cardholders, through the use of the Service, it must keep that information confidential and may only use it in connection with the Service. The Merchant may not disclose or distribute such information to third parties or use it for commercial purposes unless it receives the user's express consent to do so. The Merchant may not disclose card information to a third party unless it is related to processing a card transaction requested by the customer through the Service and in a manner consistent with PCI DSS and applicable law.

Google user data and Google Drive

Tukuy Club lets Merchants link their Google Drive account to deliver digital files (for example PDF documents, ZIP files or apps) to their own customers after a payment. This feature is optional and is only enabled when the Merchant chooses to link their account and grants Tukuy Club access through Google's consent screen.

What Google data we access

How we use that data

We use that data only to provide the feature described above: reading the selected file and streaming it, through Tukuy Club, to the Merchant's customers who have paid and have active access in the members area. Download links are temporary and require the customer to be logged in. The file is never made public on Google Drive or shared with third parties.

Storage and protection

We store the access tokens that Google issues for the Merchant's account encrypted on our servers. We do not keep a permanent copy of Drive files: they are read from Google at the time of download. We only keep the selected file's name, type and size to display it in the members area.

What we do not do

Compliance with Google's data policy

Tukuy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to revoke access and delete your data

The Merchant can unlink their account at any time from the members area of their Tukuy dashboard (Unlink button), which revokes access at Google and deletes the stored tokens. They can also revoke access from their Google account settings. To request deletion of any associated data, write to hola@tukuy.club or tukuyclub@gmail.com.
